When you authenticate with Google, we access:

• Drive File Metadata: We access metadata (names, IDs, types) only for files you explicitly interact with via DocManager. We do not scan your entire Google Drive.

Usage Analytics

We may collect anonymous usage metrics (e.g., button clicks, page views) to help us improve the application's performance and user experience. This data is aggregated and cannot be traced back to individual users.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: To allow you to upload, organize, and view your documents.
• Authentication: To maintain your secure session and ensure only you can access your data.
• Security: To enforce access controls, such as our email allowlist features.

3. Data Storage & Security

Trust is paramount. Here is how we handle your data:

• Zero File Storage: We do not store your actual files on our servers. They live exclusively in your Google Drive.
• Local Metadata: We may store minimal metadata (like your custom category tags) in our secure Firestore database, linked to your user ID.
• Encryption: All data transmission occurs over secure, encrypted HTTPS channels.

4. Google API Limited Use Disclosure

DocManager's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not transfer or share your information with third parties for advertising purposes. We are not in the business of selling data.

5. User Rights

You retain full ownership and control of your data.

• Revocation: You may revoke DocManager's access to your Google Account at any time via Google Security Settings.
• Deletion: You can delete your account data by contacting us or strictly managing your files directly in Google Drive.
